A maximum of 1,100 runners can register to participate in the Biltmore/Kiwanis races. The race has sold out the past 5 years that it has been held at the Biltmore Estate! Keep checking this website for availability as we expect this very popular to sell out quickly.

What happens if the race sells out? Can I still get in?
There are several ways that you may still get a spot in the race when it sells out. When someone cancels or changes their race entry, this will free up spots to the race, which will allow someone new to register for the event. Please continue to check the imATHLETE registration page up to the race date to see if any spots have opened up. We will also post updates on our Facebook page as we see entries come available.
Waitlist:
A waitlist will launch when the entire race has been sold out. The waitlist lets you sign up for a chance to participate in the event and is a handy way to acquire a race entry after the event has sold out. Signing up for a Wait List does not guarantee you will get in the event.
The terms for an event’s waitlist will be printed at the bottom of the first screen of imATHLETE registration only if an event is filled to capacity.
If you sign up on a waitlist, you will be notified if a slot in the race opens up for you. If you do NOT get into an event, you will not receive a refund for the waitlist slot. imATHLETE does not offer refunds. Instead, you will receive a Gift Code from the event organizer that can be used to register for the 2014 Biltmore/Kiwanis Race.

Cancellation policy:
We understand that emergencies happen, people get sick and injuries happen. Participants may cancel race entries up to May 6th and receive a 50% credit towards the 2014 Biltmore/Kiwanis race.
All entry fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Packet Pick-Up:
Packet pick-up will be from 1-5 pm on Saturday, May 18 at the DoubleTree Hotel in Biltmore Village. Packets not picked up by that time will be available Sunday, May 19 from 5:15 am – 6:00 am at the DoubleTree Hotel.
You are strongly encouraged to pick up your packet prior to race morning to avoid delays. PLAN TO BE ON THE GROUNDS, CHECK-IN COMPLETED, NO LATER THAN 6:30 a.m.
