Race Guidelines

General Guidelines
The race entry fee allows access to Biltmore for purposes of participating in the 15K or 5K race events only.

Spectator viewing is limited to the Start/Finish area at the Winery. Spectators are required to purchase a ticket to enter the estate. They are available at packet pick-up for $17.50 per person.  Upgrades may be purchased for $25 to include a tour of the Biltmore House.

There is NO race day registration. The race has sold out!

Elite Athletes: There are no incentive funds or waivers for entry fees.

Inclement Weather:  In the event of dangerous weather conditions, the organizers reserve the right to cancel the race. Entry fees will be non-refundable.

No strollers, bikes or dogs are permitted on the racecourse.

All vehicles must be parked in the designated parking areas. Parking on paved roads and blocking roads is not permitted. Car parked illegally will be ticketed and are subject to being towed.

All participants are expected to display courteous, professional deportment at all times.
Runners and spectators are encouraged to carpool.

All race activities on the property must be arranged in a manner that does not inconvenience our guests or intrude on their enjoyment of the Biltmore Estate.
Biltmore passholders are required to buy a spectator ticket to watch the event. These may be purchased at packet pick-up or on race morning at the DoubleTree Hotel.
Participants and spectators are invited to enjoy the Antler Hill Village after the race until 1pm.
